Position & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Connectivity Specialist who will report directly to the API and integrations Responsible for assisting our suppliers and partners with everything related to B2B distribution online, connectivity, and mapping with OTAs and our platforms. You will be responsible for identifying connectivity issues, monitoring the supplier’s performance and having a direct relationship with OTAs to help our supplier with the onboarding process.
- Support suppliers to connect their products with OTAs
- Support resellers & partners with daily connectivity topics
- Identify transactional errors and incidences.
- Support and assist your direct manager and reporting line
- To manage and resolve support tickets related to connectivity
- Invite and support the onboarding process of new OTAs
- Monitor Suppliers’ performance (connections and performance)
- To increase the number of products & suppliers connected to OTAs
- Achieve targets based on SAAS-relevant KPIs
- Maintenance of a high level of data within our CRM
- Establish and maintain relationships with our partners
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: High School or higher
- Minimum Experience: at least 3 years in a similar position with experience in the Tours and attractions Industry
- Minimum Language Skills: English on a negotiation level (Other languages a plus)
- Location: Spain or UK (Remote)
