Hop On As has been a client since 2020 and a hop-on-hop-off company in Oslo with a large demographic of cruise ship customers. Things are going well, and they continue to gain market share from their competitors, plus a healthy increase in buses throughout the last three years. Currently, they use Palisis for devices, OTA distribution, and webshop.

Their General Manager has tested other terminals when working for the state bus company of Norway, and the ticketing speed was very slow. In comparison, our 5-6 second printing speed greatly benefits them. They appreciate the GPS tracking on the devices so that they can track where the buses are and then dispatch additional buses to a busy location, keeping customer satisfaction high.

They operate in multiple locations: Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Alesund, Trondheim, Haugesund, Tromsø, Kristiansand, Stockholm, København, and Eidfjord with 40 devices across the territory.
